  From the music ministry to the pastor, gmz is amazing. The pastor has a fresh approach to taeching the word and the church offers lots of programs and special events to grow and develop both their members and people in the community.

  Super disappointing experience. The pastors were fake, disattentive and dismissive.
  I ended up in a weird small group they were super cold, unfriendly and diffident.
  When my sister and mom died 1.5 months apart no one prayed with me or comforted me in any way.
  Also the woman who ran our small group an employee of the church when I asked her to help me find a family to spend easter with and these were her exact words she said "We are not in the business of helping others find families to spend holidays with." She further suggested I put a post on Facebook that I would be alone for Easter, I am new to Austin, I said maybe I should write a sign and go and stand under I-35 and she said maybe.
  That was enough for me. I called the head pastor Galyon Clarke, he never called me back. What a bunch of creeps. All they're are interested in is money and they don't care about people.
  Never again.

  Arrive early to sign your children into Promiseland (Children's church) where they serve nursery-5th grade. They also have a youth church upstairs and they serve 6th-12th grade with a Middle School serve and a High School service.
  
  Everyone is so friendly, inviting and genuine. It's as almost as if they already know you. If you are looking for a church home no matter your walk of life, single, married, millennial, seasoned, have children, GMZ is where you want to be! Their information desk in the lobby makes it easy to get all of your questions answered as a first time guest or just to keep up with what is going on in the life of the church.
