  I was raised Catholic, but had not attended mass for quite a while and was not about to go back because of some idological differences I had with the Church. I mean really, what are the odds that I would die right after confession without sinning? Purgatory? Did Jesus say anything about there being a Purgatory? I was not a very good Catholic. Too many questions. Got called a heretic a couple of times.
  
  A friend encouraged me to try her church, Holy Word, and I was amazed. When I walked into the Sunday Morning Bible Study (held between the services), they were talking about being saved by faith given to me by the grace of God, and not anything I did or did not do. For the first time I thought, "What? I am not gonna burn after all? I am NOT gonna burn!"
  
  These people really believe that the Word of God is more important and powerful than any human and put their faith where it rightly belongs...with God. And yes, the grace of God does inspire us to do good works. Come check out the grace of God and do some good work with us. Jesus heals, even today.
