  Well, I was not very satisfied at all with Phillip & Upshaw Services. Upon arriving to view Family love one. Time designated 4pm - 5pm. I was greeted at locked door with unusual body language asking if I can be helped. I stated why I was there to view. I was told family members were already there and gone. I arrived by 4:35pm was not permitted to view. I am quite upset with this situation. I didn't experience any type of caring on this staff behalf nor the funeral home. Only what there policy was. Again the time from 4-5pm and only two people was able to see her and that

  They are passionate and considerate of the family they work with the family on their needs and offers the best for your loved ones
  They don't pressure you they have and will work with you. Ms. A. Robinson and Tracy Richard work after hours to serve your needs.
