  I never take time to write reviews but I've attended Hope Chapel now for the second time and I feel compelled to share. This church has such a great balance to it. People seem very real and genuine. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the UN-flashiness of the service. I have been so turned off by churches trying to be bigger and brighter and better to attract people and they truly lose the simplicity that is being in God's presence. Hope Chapel is a mix of traditional and modern. The worship is heartfelt, the people are open and kind. The pastor speaks with wisdom. My kids are taken care of and are learning about God and that blesses me. I'm looking forward to next Sunday:)

  hope has the perfect reflection of Austin. it is a great mix of generations (but still quite young over all). the worship is phenomenal and the people are a great blend of artists, bohemians, professionals and college-aged...

  Hope Chapel is great! So great that when I went overseas and attended a different church for a year I missed Hope Chapel more than I missed Mexican food, and that is the truth! Truth is preached here, and there is room to make mistakes and be forgiven and loved, but also be pushed and encouraged to grow in faith and obedience to God! There are lots of different ministries to get involved in, but people aren't so wrapped up in church that they are not out serving and loving the community. It's a good balance. Head pastor Geno is engaging, wise, caring, down-to-earth, and he is just one cool cat :)!
